Health checks
When you register you will be offered a health check, this is a useful opportunity for you to tell us about yourself and your medical history. If you are aged between 16 and 74 and have not attended the surgery in the last 3 years you may request a health check appointment.
If you are aged 75 years and over this applies if you have not attended the surgery in the last 12 months. Appointments may be booked by contacting reception.
Travel immunisations
The following are available under the NHS:
- Cholera, Hep A, Polio and Typhoid vaccinations free of charge for the purposes of foreign travel.
